How do I choose polo size?
Measure chest at the fullest point. Our polos are graded S–XXL on Pakistani chest inches — compare to a well-fitting polo at home, not imported denim sizes.
What kurta length should I order?
Standard length ends mid-calf on 5'9"–5'11". Each product lists shoulder-to-hem inches — size up for extra length without widening chest.
Dark or light denim wash — which first?
Dark wash for office and dinner. Light wash for weekends. Raw denim needs 30+ wears before first wash — see our denim care journal post.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes — COD nationwide via Leopards and TCS. Pay when your parcel arrives. Free standard shipping on orders over Rs 4,000.
Can I pay with JazzCash or Easypaisa?
Yes — select JazzCash or Easypaisa at checkout for prepaid orders. Transfer details and your order number appear on the confirmation page.
How long is shipping to Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad?
Karachi & Lahore: 1–2 business days standard. Islamabad: 2–3 days. Express Trax trims one day where routes allow.
What is your exchange policy for shirts?
Unworn shirts with tags within 7 days — no collar wear or perfume. See returns policy for denim and kurta rules.
How should I care for formal blazers?
Brush after wear, steam — do not iron directly on wool. Dry-clean after heavy wedding season wear — hang on wide shoulder pads between events.
Do prices include tax?
All prices are in PKR and include applicable GST — the checkout total is what you pay on COD.
Can I order accessories only?
Yes — browse accessories. Belts, ties, and stoles ship folded in tissue; socks are final sale.
Do you ship to Peshawar, Quetta, and Gilgit?
Yes — nationwide couriers. Remote areas may take 4–6 business days; tracking SMS is sent on dispatch.
